- I did not receive the correct order.
- We are sorry to hear that, please send us an email with your order number and items received (with photos including GYMKUMA logo) and we shall review it and get back to you within 72 hours.
- I want to change my order.
- We are unable to cancel any order once you hit the place order button. The only way is to return it following our returns policy.
- What is the best way to wash your products?
- For the majority of our products the wash and care directions are mentioned in the product description or there will be a warning on the product packaging.
- How can I order the right size?
- We have all of our sizes described in the size guides page or in the size chart inside each product page. Moreover, model dimensions and the size of the products they are wearing is mentioned in each product description.
